When you request an estimate, Darling Builders may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address or city, project details, preferred contact method, and any photographs or sketches you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, contact you, schedule an estimate, prepare a proposal, provide requested services, improve lead tracking, and understand which advertising or referral source brought you to the website.

Photos and documents

Uploaded project photos and sketches are stored privately and made available through the Darling Builders lead dashboard. Do not upload financial records, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive material.

Analytics and advertising

The website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta Pixel. These tools can collect device, browser, referral, campaign, and interaction information. Their use is governed by the applicable provider policies and your browser settings.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell estimate-request information. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, lead delivery, analytics, communications, and customer relationship management. We retain project information as reasonably needed for business, legal, and customer-service purposes.

Your choices
